Mission software and data engineering

Mission analysts needed software that could turn raw data into usable intelligence, drawing on more than 1,000 operational and intelligence feeds, all inside the cleared environment where the data lives.
Our developers built and sustained custom mission applications inside the customer's environment. We integrated commercial AI and analytics tools, cleansed and connected data across the full feed set, and maintained the systems through years of mission change.
Mission software that ships, works, and keeps working as threats evolve. The capability is the customer's, on the customer's systems.
AETHER

A Department of War customer held more than two decades of operational documents: trip reports, program reviews, activity logs, and analytical notes. They sat in inconsistent file structures and data silos. Analysts spent hours searching them, which slowed responses to Congressional inquiries, Combatant Command briefings, and FOIA requests. The fix sat inside an existing services contract.
Working within the scope of that contract, we applied our Pathfinder process and built AETHER (AI-Enhanced Text Handling and Efficient Retrieval). It indexes unstructured documents into a searchable database and connects to a CUI-cleared government language model for search, summarization, and insight generation. It was built for non-technical analysts, deployed on government networks, and runs on government data the customer owns end to end. No new acquisition action required.
Work that once took eight analysts more than 20 hours now takes two people under 30 minutes. AETHER moved from experimental prototype to operational use, saving hundreds of hours across FOIA, GAO, and operational tasking lines. It is a working example of a commercial-style solution delivered at speed inside a services contract: real capability gain, no change of scope, and the government owns the result.
Network modernization and cybersecurity

The cleared networks that move classified intelligence between collectors, analysts, and warfighters needed modernization and hardening. They also had to stay in continuous operation while the work happened.
We engineered modernization and cybersecurity for top-secret network infrastructure. We integrated new capabilities into systems already in production, without interrupting the mission they carry.
Networks that stay current, secure, and ready as intelligence missions expand and threats evolve.
Information environment analysis

U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) operates in one of the world's most volatile information environments. Regional media, competing narratives, and fast-moving events across the area of responsibility shape the operational picture daily. Leadership needs a clear read of that environment, current enough to stay ahead of it.
We produce CENTCOM's Regional Media Analysis, a recurring product that monitors and interprets regional media across the command's area of responsibility. Drawing on regional and linguistic expertise, our analysts turn fast-shifting developments into concise, decision-ready analysis for the commander and senior staff.
The product reaches the top of the command and shapes how leadership understands the region. Its analysis earned direct recognition from the CENTCOM Commander, the kind of senior-level feedback that rarely reaches a supporting analytical team.
Acquisition policy modernization

The offices that set acquisition policy across the Department of War face a relentless tempo: congressional reporting, GAO and Inspector General audits, legislative proposals, and questions from Congress, most on short timelines. At the same time, they have to drive the DoW's acquisition reform agenda toward speed, commercial solutions, and fewer duplicative approvals. When that machinery falls behind, every program downstream pays the cost.
We embedded legislative and oversight support inside the DoW's acquisition policy enterprise. We managed the full lifecycle of GAO and Inspector General audits, built the running list of congressionally directed reporting requirements, and staffed legislative proposals through Under Secretary and Deputy Secretary review. We guided policy staff through audit responses, requests for information, and congressional reports, often on very short timelines. We also supported the on-time public release of the DoW's first National Defense Industrial Strategy Implementation Plan.
The customer's legislative shop, with more than 460 open reports, delivered on time and to specification. DoW leadership held it up as the model other components should follow, and our reporting-requirements product became the template for the rest of the DoW. Dozens of aged GAO and Inspector General recommendations moved to closure, and acquisition reform kept moving on schedule.
