Red Gate Wins GSA Best-in-Class, Government-Wide OASIS Small Business Contract

Red Gate has been selected by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) among one of the awardees for its One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services for Small Business (OASIS SB) – Pool 1 program.
 
Widely recognized as a Tier 3, Government-wide best-in-class solutions contract, OASIS SB will allow Red Gate to address the most complex professional service requirements across all federal agencies and other GSA approved entities. Red Gate’s core customers have increasingly been turning to OASIS for their professional services’ needs – and this win represents an important step for Red Gate to continue to provide innovative solutions to our client’s ever-evolving challenges.

OASIS SB is a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (MA-IDIQ) contract that spans a comprehensive set of professional services required by federal agencies, including program management, logistics, management consulting, engineering services, scientific services, and financial management services, as well as information technology and ancillary support services.

Red Gate ISO Certifications

ISO Certification
Red Gate has recently been re-registered under a different auditing body for our ISO 9001: 2015 certification. 

We’ve also added registration under a new standard: ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018. 

Effective 30 September 2019, we are registered under GMS Registrar Ltd for both ISO certifications. 

ISO certification ensures that a management system, manufacturing process, service, or documentation procedure has requirements for standardization and quality assurance. ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is an independent, non-governmental, international organization that develops standards to ensure the quality, safety, and efficiency of products, services, and systems.

ISO 9001:2015
Specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organization:

  • needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and
  • aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

Information technology
Service management system requirements:
  •  a customer seeking services and requiring assurance regarding the quality of those services;
  • a customer requiring a consistent approach to the service lifecycle by all its service providers, including those in a supply chain;

  • an organization to monitor, measure and review its SMS and the services;
  • an organization to improve the planning, design, transition, delivery and improvement of services through effective implementation and operation of an SMS;
  • an organization or other party performing conformity assessments against the requirements specified in this document;

VA Selects Red Gate to Lead Transformation of Human Resources and Administration Functions

Red Gate has been selected by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to work within the agency’s Contract Oversight and Integration Management Program Management Office (COIM PMO) to help transform Human Resources & Administration (HR&A) functions within the agency, with an end goal of building a more collaborative, standardized, and accountable organization.
 
Red Gate will lead an elite team to implement HR&A’s strategy by overseeing each function in the acquisitions process, including strategic planning, acquisitions, operations, financial analysis, performance measurement, and automation. The vision for the project is to build and maintain a project management-based culture within HR&A.

Red Gate will provide a highly qualified staff of Project Management Professionals (PMPs) and Lean Six Sigma-certified subject matter experts. Work on the project has already begun onsite at the VA’s Central Office and is expected to last through August 2023, with a total contract value of over $17 million.
