The Red Gate Group, LTD (“Red Gate”) received the official award for the Department of Transportation (DOT) Volpe Center Transportation Traffic Engineering, Operations, and Information Systems (TTEOIS) on Friday, December 1, 2023 – officially launching the task order. Red Gate teamed this opportunity with Mosaic ATM, a premier aviation research and development company designing the next generation of air traffic management (ATM), air traffic control (ATC), and unmanned aircraft system (UAS) solutions. The contract has a total valuation of $5 million for its two-year ordering period. Red Gate was awarded the task order out of three offerors on the OASIS Small Business (SB) Pool 1 contract vehicle – which provides a competitive environment amongst highly qualified and experienced companies. The core mission of TTEOIS is to develop enterprise information services which publish transportation traffic-related data and are discoverable by users and stakeholders. Additionally, Red Gate will strive to develop enterprise information services which publish transportation traffic-related data and are discoverable by users and stakeholders; develop and refine transportation traffic concepts and operational constructs underpinned by rigorous analysis and industry-standard engineering processes. As a result, Red Gate will modernize legacy automation systems and infrastructure assets. Key services for the contract include data modeling, data exchange, concept and requirements development, concept evaluation, systems and architecture design, and operational and safety assessments. The Red Gate Group, Ltd. (Red Gate) participated in the official kickoff of the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Analytical & Technical Support Services (ATSS) on Wednesday - officially launching the contract vehicle. Red Gate was previously awarded the WHS ATSS multiple award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract has a $1.5 billion ceiling for its five-year ordering period. Red Gate is one of only four companies to be awarded the small business pool – which provides a competitive environment for Department of Defense (DoD) requirements amongst highly qualified and experienced companies - yet reduces risks for acquisition delays that have plagued much larger contract vehicles/schedule competitions. The core mission of ATSS is to provide a flexible and responsive contract for analytic and technical support services to the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and their subordinate entities and is overseen by the DoD Washington Headquarters Service (WHS). In addition to WHS’s core customers, the ATSS contract also services the entire Department of Defense “Fourth Estate” – critical agencies and field activities that support the DoD mission – that include the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Missile Defense Agency (MDA), and Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). Key services for the contract include acquisition and sustainment oversight support, capability portfolio management, engineering and agile methodologies, acquisition intelligence, policy analysis and support, business and financial, international programs and security, legislative analysis and support, data science, data analytics, data governance, and technical support. “With a very limited pool of IDIQ awardees, this contract is a great opportunity for Forth Estate customers who are exhausted by long acquisition delays,” said Rob Cordray, Red Gate’s Chief Growth Officer. “We are excited to work with our DoD customers and business partners who are looking for a more agile contract vehicle – reducing procurement timelines so we can all focus on delivering customer outcomes faster.” John is responsible for finance, accounting, treasury, contracts and procurement, human capital, IT, corporate development, and overall business support. As a senior member of the executive team, John reports directly to CEO TJ Iak. “Red Gate could not be more excited to welcome our new CFO, John Noh, to the team” said Red Gate CEO Thomas Iak. “John brings extensive financial and M&A expertise as well as strategic vision. I am excited for John to join our executive team and have no doubt he will be instrumental in driving our company's growth and success for years to come.” John has more than three decades of finance and operational experience. He has served as an executive and senior member in Finance, Corporate Development, Operations, and Investment Banking positions at a variety of public and private companies in both Wall Street and government services and solutions market.
