TJ is a cofounder of Red Gate and has been instrumental to the company since its founding in 2006. With more than two decades of experience, he brings expertise in organizational transformations, technical capability development, and business practices that support critical programs.

Before Red Gate, TJ worked at In-Q-Tel as a program integrator, evaluating and integrating startup technology firms for the Central Intelligence Agency, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, and Defense Intelligence Agency. He served as a combat engineer officer in the U.S. Army Engineer Corps and holds a bachelor's degree in economics — with a major in mathematics and a minor in computer science — from the United States Military Academy.
