Making An Impact Through Character of Service to Community and Country

For Red Gate's growing team of veterans, civilians, and their families, character of service to community and country is a core value. The company encourages employees to give back as part of their personal and professional development.

Bringing DoD and civilian agencies closer

One Red Gate employee — a paramedic with more than 27 years of experience — volunteers with the National Disaster Medical System. After Hurricane Laura, they deployed to Louisiana to support a civilian medical unit, working alongside trauma doctors and nurses to restore local healthcare and save lives.

I can make a seamless transition and help them navigate through any potential challenges much easier and quicker.

Repurposing military skills

Another employee, a former U.S. Army Reserve member, volunteers with Team Rubicon. As incident commander during Hurricane Isaias in Delaware, they led 25 team members clearing fallen trees and debris over seven days.

We can repurpose the skills we learned from when we served in uniform and help those in need.

Doing business with purpose

Red Gate supports veteran transition programs, cancer research fundraising, and local law enforcement associations through volunteer time and donations.
