The Red Gate Group has named Rob Cordray President, effective September 1, 2026. Cordray joined the company as Chief Growth Officer in October 2018 and continues in that role.

Under Cordray, Red Gate built a contract portfolio well beyond the reach of most companies its size. The company holds the DIA ESITA III BPA through Logic Gate, its joint venture with Axiologic Solutions, and a position on the Washington Headquarters Services ATSS vehicle, a $1.5 billion instrument serving the Office of the Secretary of Defense and the Fourth Estate, along with GSA Polaris, OASIS+, SEWP VI, and GSA MAS. He also built the partner network behind it, including Booz Allen Hamilton, Noblis, GDIT, CACI-Wexford, and more than fifteen technology partners.

Cordray is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and a former U.S. Army artillery officer who deployed to Iraq and to Kosovo in support of Operation Joint Guardian. The tactical information operations course he developed is still taught at Fort Sill. He came to Red Gate from General Dynamics Information Technology, where he served as a division Vice President and U.S. Army account executive, and previously led capture and proposals at Celestar Corporation and JBM.
