Red Gate has been selected by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to work within the agency's Contract Oversight and Integration Management PMO (COIM PMO) to transform its Human Resources & Administration (HR&A) functions — building a more collaborative, standardized, and accountable organization.

Red Gate leads an elite team across every function of the acquisitions process: strategic planning, acquisitions, operations, financial analysis, performance measurement, and automation, with the goal of building a project-management-based culture within HR&A.

The team is staffed with Project Management Professionals (PMPs) and Lean Six Sigma–certified experts. Work began onsite at the VA's Central Office and runs through August 2023, with a total contract value exceeding $17 million.
