Red Gate will hold its second annual Lean Six Sigma (LSS) training over two weekends in October 2018 — free to all employees. Newcomers earn their Green Belt; prior participants earn credits toward Black Belt certification.

Training our employees in Lean Six Sigma benefits the company from an organizational and process standpoint, but more than that, it gives our staff an opportunity to continue to grow.

Participants work on real company problems during the program, fostering collaboration across teams that don't typically interact. Tom Heard, Red Gate's resident certified LSS instructor, leads the training.
